Wow, that is HEAPS of snow! My boyos haven't seen snow yet, so I'm going to show them your photos so they have a better idea of what they'll see next year.
Thanks for commenting on my blog. And you are right - I feel SO much lighter. I'm really sorry that you are going through divorce. You read my blog so you know that it's not fun or pretty. But from where I am right now, it can work out better than you expect. (Which is such a kooky and oddball thing to say, particularly being LDS and a Mum. But it's true.)
And hey - I've got that same Keep calm poster! =)
Please email me if you ever want to chat/vent/ask/tell/whatever. It can be a really lonely road, and my online wandering has brought me some amazing friends and safehavens. So really - any time.
I am a busy Mormon mother with three children from my first marriage and four bonus children in New York. I am a child of God. I am blessed with three wonderful extended families and many amazingly talented friends. I work full-time in a dental office and we live in a little 1940's rental just five blocks from the public library.
I adore Oregon.
I am happy. I am busy. I am loved.
I may be changed by what has happened to me, but I will not be diminished by it. Maya Angelou
"Love never dies a natural death. It dies because we don’t know how to replenish its source. It dies of blindness and errors and betrayals. It dies of illness and wounds; it dies of weariness, of witherings, of tarnishing." -Anais Nin
