Sophie and her two Christmas helpers installed her pink and purple princess Christmas tree last week. It is Sophie's pride and joy and she shows it to whoever comes into our house regardless of whether or not her room is clean in any way, shape or form. The balls are plastic which is pure genius for a kid's tree. By the way, if your little cutie needs one of these, I found it a Target a couple of years ago after Christmas.
I have to say that after hearing that Max and Sophie have trees in their rooms Greg had to have one too! I think we got it last year for him. Of course his is not nearly as large. I had no idea that Max's was that large! Greg loves having it in his room and it creates such a pretty, and calming glow to go to sleep by. Thanks for the awesome idea!
I am a busy Mormon mother with three children from my first marriage and four bonus children in New York. I am a child of God. I am blessed with three wonderful extended families and many amazingly talented friends. I work full-time in a dental office and we live in a little 1940's rental just five blocks from the public library.
I adore Oregon.
I am happy. I am busy. I am loved.
I may be changed by what has happened to me, but I will not be diminished by it. Maya Angelou
"Love never dies a natural death. It dies because we don’t know how to replenish its source. It dies of blindness and errors and betrayals. It dies of illness and wounds; it dies of weariness, of witherings, of tarnishing." -Anais Nin
