Recipe: Lemon Pudding Cake

On Monday, Sophie and her friend decided to make a recipe from the cookbook Lucsious Lemon Desserts. The Lemon Pudding Cake (someone typed out the recipe here) is pretty straightforward which allowed them to do everything except separate the eggs all by themselves. Egg whites can be tricky.

The cake is pretty tasty - great for breakfast but not very puddingy, if that's a word.

  1. Where oh where did you get your zester? EVERY time I go to zest something, I remember that you have an awesome one, but I always forget to ask!

  2. I think the zester is from TJMAxx - they have them at William and Sonoma as well. I LOVE it.

  3. Those are adorable pictures of your daughter cooking. :) What joy that must bring to your heart to have her follow after your example in the kitchen. Can't wait until mine is doing the same!

    Blessings-
