This actually happened weeks ago - but here are the photos Grandparents! Sophie did a GREAT job! She brought home her practice CD and sang in her bedrooms for weeks before the concert. As you can tell from the photos, she asked and was granted permission to wear a little makeup for the concert (a little glimpse of things to come?). Red Pine has a wonderful music program and an excellent choir teacher. I am always amazed at what she can do with these kids!
All of the 3rd graders made music notes to decorate the gym. Sophie's was pretty easy to spot!
I very much enjoyed Sophie's performance. It looked like she was having fun and I love the "bug" note she made. She's getting so grown up looking... a shade of things to come, yes!
