Crafty Girl: Birthday Class Gifts

At our elementary school most of the kids bring in a little gift for each of their classmates on their birthday. We are not allowed to bake anything or bring in cupcakes from the store, so this was my thrifty solution for Sophie's class. The highlighters I bought on sale for $0.50 (I used four packs). The bags I bought on clearance at Michaels for $1.00 (for a pack of 50). The lollipops I had left over from potty training and the mints were leftover Christmas candy. I made the little header thing in power point, printed them off and stapled them on and presto - cute little gifts for a total cost of $2.50 plus ink!
