Luscious Ladies Weight Loss

I made this cake on Sunday for a 4th of July BBQ. Almond cake, fresh lemon curd and berries - this is just a reminder that this was a holiday week and it was tough, tough, tough to stick to a diet plan.

Here are our first week results:

Heather - Lost 1 pound
Karen - Lost 1 pound
April - Lost 1.6 pounds
Mary - No weight loss
Kirstin - Lost 0.8 pound
Kelly - Lost 2.5 pounds
Caroline - Lost 1 pound
Stacey - Lost 3.0 pounds


  1. Yum! I want to make this. What recipe did you use for the almond cake?

  2. It's the Princess Daisy Cake without the lemon zest - I just added almond extract instead.
