Happy 4th! We had a wonderful day - it was hot with a clear sky until late afternoon when we had a quick downpour. This morning we met up with Kelly and Ken and their kids and Kim and Matt and their kids to go to the Eagan Funfest Parade! We got there very early and found a nice spot in the shade. The parade was a lot of fun and the kids thought it was great! Their favorite things were the big trucks, the policemen and all of the floats that were throwing candy! Sophie and Calvin waved to everyone and waved their flags and Max did a bit of reading whenever the parade got a bit dull.
